Quizzyian is a quiz-based learning platform developed and operated by NxtWave Studio.

Quizzyian is a product and service of NxtWave Studio. All data processing and service operations are managed under NxtWave Studio’s infrastructure and policies.

NxtWaveStudio built the Quizzyian app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by NxtWaveStudio and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Quizzyian unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Address, Device IDs. The information that we request will be retained by NxtWaveStudio (www.nxtwave.studio) or Quizzyian (www.quizzyian.nxtwave.studio) and used as described in this privacy policy.
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

We collect and process personal information only for legitimate purposes such as providing services, improving user experience, fulfilling user requests, and complying with legal obligations.

Account and Authentication Data

Profile Management and User Controls

Users have full control over their account and personal information within the Quizzyian app. At any time, users can:

  • Edit and update their profile information
  • Upload, change, or remove their profile image
  • Change their account password
  • Delete their account directly from the app

Account deletion is user-initiated and immediate. No admin approval or additional request is required. Once an account is deleted, all associated personal data is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.

Data Retention and Cache

Quizzyian may store temporary data such as cache files, local preferences, or session-related data on your device to ensure smooth app performance and a better user experience.

Users may clear this cache at any time through their device settings. Clearing cached data removes temporary files and local settings but does not affect your registered account unless you choose to delete your account.

Data Deletion Rights

Users have complete rights over their personal data. You have the right to:

  • Access and review your personal information
  • Update or correct your profile details
  • Permanently delete your account and all associated personal data

Account deletion can be performed directly from the app through the account settings. Once deleted, your data is fully and permanently erased from our systems, and there is no option to restore or retrieve the deleted data at any time.

Forgot Password and Password Reset

Quizzyian provides a secure Forgot Password / Reset Password system to help users regain access to their accounts.

If a user forgets their password, they can reset it by following these steps:

  1. Enter their registered mobile number
  2. The system verifies the account associated with the mobile number
  3. A One-Time Password (OTP) is sent to the registered email address
  4. Enter the OTP to verify identity
  5. Set a new password

The OTP:

  • Is sent only to the registered email address
  • Is valid for 10 minutes
  • Automatically expires after the validity period
  • Cannot be reused

This process ensures that only the rightful account owner can reset the password.

Password Security and Storage

  • User passwords are never stored or transmitted in plain text
  • Passwords are securely encrypted/hashed on our servers
  • Quizzyian does not display or share user passwords under any circumstances

Password Guidelines

Quizzyian does not enforce strict password complexity rules. However, for better account security, users are strongly encouraged to create strong passwords.

Recommended password guidelines:

  • Minimum 6 characters
  • A combination of letters and numbers
  • Avoid using easily guessable information such as name or date of birth

User Responsibility (Password)

Users are responsible for:

  • Keeping their password confidential
  • Logging out from shared devices
  • Updating their password if they suspect unauthorized access

Quizzyian will not be responsible for account misuse resulting from user negligence.

Security Assurance (Password)

All password-related operations are performed over secure connections (HTTPS) and follow industry-standard security practices to protect user accounts.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

In case of an error or crash, we may collect log data through third-party tools. This data may include:

  • Device IP address
  • Device model and operating system version
  • App configuration
  • Time and date of usage
  • Diagnostic statistics

This information is used strictly for debugging and service improvement.
