Welcome to Quizzyian, a quiz-based learning platform developed and operated by NxtWave Studio.

By accessing or using the Quizzyian mobile application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. About Quizzyian

Quizzyian is designed to provide educational quizzes, practice MCQs, leaderboards, rewards, and learning-based challenges for users including students, job aspirants, admission candidates, and general learners.

3. Eligibility

    • You must be at least 13 years of age to use Quizzyian.

    • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service

    • Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content

    • Misuse ads, rewards, or point systems

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

7. Points, Rewards and Leaderboards

    • Users may earn points through quizzes, activities, or rewarded ads.

    • Points and rankings are calculated automatically by the system.

    • Rewards, certificates, or gifts (if offered) are subject to availability and internal rules.

    • Quizzyian reserves the right to modify, reset, or revoke points in cases of abuse, error, or fraud.

Leaderboard results are final and cannot be disputed unless a system error is confirmed.

8. Advertisements

Quizzyian displays third-party advertisements (including rewarded ads).

    • Ads may be personalized or non-personalized

    • Watching ads is optional

    • Rewards from ads are granted only after successful completion

Quizzyian is not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

9. Profile Management

Users can:

    • Edit profile details

    • Upload or remove profile images

    • Change passwords

    • Delete accounts directly from the app

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their profile information.

10. Account Deletion

    • Account deletion is fully user-controlled

    • No admin approval is required

    • Deletion is immediate and permanent

    • Once deleted, all personal data is removed from our servers and cannot be recovered

Users are advised to delete their account only when they are sure.

    • Points or reward disputes

    • Third-party service failures
